What is NLP and
why is it important to me?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is the study
of the way people process information so that you can communicate
more effectively with other people. It uses the language of
the brain (neuro-linguistic) to produce meaningful change
(programming) in order to improve
the quality of-life for yourself and for others.
NLP has become one of the most sought-after tools
for human enhancement and performance
improvement that has ever been known. It is like
a toolchest which has all of the tools you need to clarify
your dreams for the future and identify barriers
that may be holding you back.
Science Digest describes it as "the most important synthesis
of information available today about human communication".
NLP is also a technology through which you can learn to understand
your belief systems, explore and unleash your potential, take
control of your mental, physical and financial destiny.

What is EQ and
why is it important to me?
EQ stands for Emotional Quotient and sometimes referred as
EI, Emotional Intelligence. EI relates to Howard Gardner's
interpersonal (between
people) and intrapersonal
(within yourself) intelligence.
EQ is the ability to perceive emotions; to access and generate
emotions so as to assist thought; to understand emotions and
emotional knowledge; and to reflectively regulate emotions
so as to promote emotional and intellectual
growth.
In short, Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to create
optimal results in your relationships with yourself and others.
"As much as 80% of adult success
comes from EQ" said Daniel Goleman, the pioneer
and advocator in EQ.

trainer from the creator of NLP, Dr
Richard Bandler and it is our intention to provide
trainings in NLP as how it was meant to be taught.
Our trainer is dedicated to providing the essential resources

and education of NLP in

be licensed and certified by Dr Bandler as Practitioners or
Master Practitioners of NLP.

What is
the format of the courses? What are the characteristics?

themselves and feel good. Much of the learning
process is sensory-based, one of the most effective
techniques for attendees to see, hear, and feel the effect
of new skills, information and desired outcomes.
Hence, our courses are designed to maximize the learning
experience and to foster behavioral

of fun and interactive learning. Various visual
and auditory stimuli are introduced as student move through
the cycle of knowing (old information)- not

What is
the relationship between NLP, EQ and coaching?
The Personal and Professional Coaches Association defines
coaching as "an ongoing relationship which focuses on
clients taking action toward the realization of their vision,
goals or desires. Coaching uses a process
of inquiry and personal discovery to build the
client's level of awareness and responsibility, and provides
the client with structure, support and feedback." The
attribute of top-notch training can be described quite simply.
The coach does not have answers. The coach operates from the
presupposition that the client has all the resources, including
the ability to discover and utilize.
An understanding of NLP and EQ models enriches the abilities
of a coach. Experienced NLP and EQ practitioners naturally
embody the attitudes of great coaches. Both have experience
exploring underlying mental frameworks
that either support or inhibit growth. They assist participants
in finding the deep structure of their experience, where profound
change takes place.
